The Village of LaGrange is member of the Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA). RITA serves as an agent of the Village of LaGrange to administer & collect municipal income taxes. The Village's income tax rate is 1.5%. Unless RITA has been notified that you no longer receive earned income (e.g., retired), annual income tax returns must be filed.
