The Building and Zoning Department provides assistance and direction in the development of the Village by maintaining and enforcing the standards set by zoning regulations.  All permits must be submitted to and approved by the Zoning Department before work can start. The Building and Zoning Department is located inside the Village municipal building.​​​​​
