  • Request for Security Check Form
    Upon request, LaGrange Police Department can perform routine security checks of your residence or business while you are out of town. Download the Request for Security Check form, complete and return to the LaGrange Police Department. The request form is in pdf format and you’ll need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print the request form.   • LaGrange Police Department Safety Town
    The Safety Town program is a one-week course designed to teach a child safe practices both at school and at home. The children are instructed on when, where and how to cross the street, also about school bus safety, fire safety, and stranger danger. All kindergarten students entering school are encouraged to attend.
  • General Ordinance Information
    Snow Bans/Snow Removal Whenever snow has accumulated to a depth of two inches (2″) or more on any curbed street or on any paved street, parking shall be prohibited until such time as snow has been plowed from any such street. This prohibition shall not apply to parking in Public Square. Curfew Curfews imposed on minors (any individual under the age of 18 years) are as follows: Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.

Mission Statement
It is the statutory duty of every sworn member of the LaGrange Police Department to preserve the peace and protect persons and property within the Village of LaGrange. LaGrange Police Department officers maintain order, pursue justice and otherwise serve the community by objectively enforcing the law and readily assisting those in distress.
